1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Phone Line Support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Phone Line Support provides AI-powered phone answering services for businesses. Our AI workers handle inbound calls, dispatch requests, appointment scheduling, and customer inquiries on behalf of your business. Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your selected plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit spam or malware, or to interfere with our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process call data, recordings, and transcripts to provide our services. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. 7. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our AI phone worker services. In the event of service disruptions, we will provide timely notification and work to restore services as quickly as possible. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Phone Line Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts are required. Upon cancellation, your AI worker will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period. You may request export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.
